Building Organizational and Operational Strength Together (BOOST)
The Building Organizational and Operational Strength Together (BOOST) initiative, aims to build collective knowledge and capacity, supporting organizations on their journey to build infrastructure and improve their service delivery as Medicaid providers.
BOOST is designed to assist organizations committed to performance and quality excellence. Through a structured cohort model, the program will provide tailored guidance, capacity-building, and opportunities for shared learning among peers.
Join us as we launch with a focus on Quality Improvement (QI). Participants will receive basic training on QI, a vetted template of a QI Plan, and individualized coaching support to complete an agency QI Plan. At the end of the series, your organization will have a completed QI plan and ideas about where to start or continue your QI journey.
